Pillars
Almost 20 years of fruitful collaborations on CSR issues, driven by a philosophy based on 3 fundamental development pillars:
The environment
Meaning
Solidarity
By combining CSR and team building, we invite teams to share common goals while working responsibly.
Environmental issues
Since our inception, we have developed a wide range of awareness-raising programs tailored to the challenges faced by businesses.
In addition to the impact of our Team Building on team cohesion and collective intelligence, our programs and activities are also tools aimed at intuitively triggering in our participants a new perspective and new reflexes on environmental issues.
We thus have the largest catalogue of eco-designed programmes, shaped over all these years and dealing with environmental issues in a positive and original way.
They are a new way of informing "employee-citizen-consumer" actors of change for a "better living together" whether in business or in "life".
Our Eco-Team Building catalog therefore includes a very wide range of activities: construction, creative activities, outdoor environmental discovery activities, as well as adventure games and fictional scenarios. They all share a common focus: raising awareness within the framework of team building, producing unique experiences always enjoyed in a positive atmosphere and designed to unite all participants.
Just like our Team Building program offering, the production of our Seminar and Incentive organizations is eco-conscious.
"Meaningful, yes, but in a good mood."
Each of our events is conceived with our clients, and our partners are carefully selected to ensure production favors short supply chains and prioritizes meaning over form.
While economic issues are of paramount importance to our society today and tomorrow, our approach is to address them positively and without any political considerations. Because, indeed, all is not lost…
“Making Sense” and “Quality of Life at Work”
Since its creation, the Autreman project has been shaped at the epicenter of a triangle with 3 criteria: pleasure, meaning and profitability.
Our choice of policy, our daily work, our organization and the philosophy of the services we offer our clients, all of this is dictated by the desire to be in a fair balance between these 3 foundations.
Pleasure
To say that waking up in the morning happy to accomplish one's daily professional task leads to performance is a cliché. "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life," Confucius said.
However, making this possible in a company navigating a sometimes difficult economic climate is no easy task. Numerous accounts demonstrate that this is not a reality for many employees in institutions or companies.
And that's where we come in…
Thanks to our programs offering unique experiences, participants create or recreate bonds that may have weakened. They unite each participant around universal values such as play, ultimately triggering a greater sense of belonging and thus increasing their strong desire to carry out their missions effectively, cohesively, and always with consideration for their team.
Finally, as far as our teams are concerned, the decision to accept contracts, tenders, or "special projects" is always guided by at least one essential criterion in our eyes: enjoyment. From our perspective, it is imperative for our teams, and of course for our clients as well, to create that extra spark each time, that invaluable added value.
The Meaning
In these times when our society is experiencing this hyper-mediatization giving this surely distorted impression of a society where everything is changing at "full speed", this creates a feeling of discomfort in many of us in our private and professional lives.
Isn't it more important than ever to return to the fundamentals where "going alone may certainly mean going faster…", but "going together surely means going further…"
Getting together, regardless of the format, already creates a social bond.
Having a well-thought-out strategy beforehand for the organization of this meeting allows for the creation of unique moments where exchanges will trigger new perspectives on one's own colleagues and create a benevolent atmosphere for better performance of the company or institution.
Whether for our clients or, of course, for our teams, we believe that having a contributing and active role in improving our daily work is a source of meaning, meaning which in turn drives motivation and improved performance.
The profitability
Obviously, as with any business, having a viable business model is fundamental to supporting our teams, in order to improve our working conditions, but also to be able to invest to anticipate market trends and, of course, invest in improving our services and creating new concepts.
Our philosophy is based on the idea that the sun can shine for everyone. At Autreman Group, we therefore strive to offer respectful and as fair a working environment as possible.
Solidarity
If we define the term "social" as the relationship existing between an individual and other members of their community, team building and collective intelligence are, by their benefits, surely one of the methods most at the heart of the subject of "solidarity".
From internal HR management to the reflections that lead us to build our programs, solidarity is, when given the opportunity, a subject that mobilizes us and for which we like to be a force for proposals.
Thus we like to think that mobilizing our resources on subjects such as the environment, social issues, disability, education or diversity is a real opportunity to contribute humbly to the community and ultimately work on subjects that clearly make sense in our daily lives.
