Autreman Team Building Events Are On France 3

December 29, 2023 by the Autreman Team News class

The Covid crisis has had a significant impact on relationships between colleagues within the same company. Between the three successive lockdown periods and the remote working that was favored for 15 months, sometimes becoming a new way of working, connections and opportunities for interaction have become less frequent.

Yet, aren't collective intelligence, cohesion, and a sense of belonging, among other things, essential values for a team to create value? These are the bonds that unite and strengthen teams around a common business project on a daily basis?

A resumption of activity marked by reunions

France 3 took a close look at this subject and at the recovery that has been driving all businesses in France since June 2021.

While it's true that the Covid crisis created a pressing need to regroup, the concept of team cohesion has been sought after for much longer. Indeed, for years we have observed that close-knit teams that communicate well together are one of the keys to better overall performance.

Team building allows employees to work on these internal communication skills through original activities that take them out of their usual environment. From challenges and missions to creative projects and construction, team building activities unite everyone with the goal of working better together.

The challenges of team building create a necessary organization and communication between participants in a consistently joyful atmosphere, energizing the team for a day.

Like indelible traces, these analog games have the advantage of establishing relational climates conducive to performance.

France 3 is talking about it…

In this report, broadcast on Saturday, September 18th on the 19:30 pm National News on France 3, journalist Hélène HUG accompanied us during our intervention with our client, In&Fi Crédit, who called upon Autreman for the organization of their team building.

Indeed, after months of remote work, employees are gradually returning to the office. However, the offices remain largely empty, and despite ongoing business activity, this lack of interaction is impacting employees, their work pace, and the integration of new hires.

Here, at RambouilletThe company chose to organize an orienteering-type activity in the great outdoors: the Naturquest. This is an opportunity for employees to work together, searching for markers hidden in the forest with only a GPS as their guide. This activity emphasizes challenge and fun. Excellent communication is essential to progress and successfully complete the mission. The focus is on individual complementarity and strong teamwork to achieve this goal.

This report clearly shows the employees' need to reconnect after this period of absence and their desire to share moments together.

A look back at the team building experience

Hélène HUG (France 3 Journalist):

"23 people, one day's work, that means almost a month's work was lost for that one day?"

It's priceless! A team-building day like this is priceless! We need to rediscover something coherent and relevant, and to feel good within the company. And these days are designed for just that. Pierre-Etienne BEUVELET (Managing Director, In&Fi Crédit)

Such a day of team building and cohesion promises positive long-term effects.

We warmly thank In&Fi for the trust they have placed in us and are delighted to participate in such moments of cohesion… so that the team spirit endures.
