Created in 2025 by Patrick Victor, the French Federation of Team Building (FFTB) is a professional organization that works to structure and professionalize the team building in France. Often relegated to a purely recreational aspect, team building is nevertheless a genuine management tool. This federation brings together committed stakeholders around a shared ambition: to make team building a recognized tool for team cohesion, based on responsible, qualitative and meaningful practices.
The FFTB's mission includes, among other things, to promote good professional practices of the sector, by promoting high standards of quality, ethics, safety and respect for participants. It also ensures that to guarantee a high level of standards in the services offered, thanks to rigorous selection criteria and a continuous improvement approach.
